Casba's pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

Based on old reviews needless to add the food has always been the best - never compromised on quality but the above and beyond customer service has made me a loyal customer today - I ordered food today at 6.55 pm for 7.30 pm arrival and due to traffic and busy time the time slot for delivery I received was 8.15pm but when I called and requested earlier time since I craved Casba's Asian pizza for iftar which was 7.15 pm today - they promptly made it on dot 7.30 pm although I know it was tight schedule as the polite gentleman on the phone tried to explain but his kindness and his passion for good customer service surely made my day. I was recommended this place by a friend, and my word it was amazing. I did not expect it to be so delicious, I was blown away with the flavours and amount of sauce there was to the paste - I hate dry paste! I will definitely recommend and return, the staff was really polite and friendly.

Thank you for my food. I love it. Prices are slightly high for a lunch time meal, however worth it.

Said on Uber eats it would arrive in max 30mins. It arrived an hour and half later. I can sort of understand this as it was Friday at peak dinner time, but the delivery times should be updated to give you a real delivery time. The pizzas arrived and they looked great. Although after we started eating them, we found that the pizza bases were quite chewy. Another thing which was underwhelming were the topping, the peppers and onions were still raw, it would have been nice if the topping had a little more effort put into them.
