Cullach Brewing — Restaurant in Great Britain

A reason to visit Perth sep. 2023 • Stellen There is no reason to visit Perth. That was my conclusion after walking around Perth for a while. Yes the countryside is pretty, the river is beautiful and there are a few buildings, sites and a funky old graveyard that are worth a gander but in general Perth is not an attractive holiday destination.

On the other hand, I must stress that if you do visit Perth there is a brewpub on Princess Street you should visit: Cullach Brewing. The people there are very, very friendly, their own beers are all good and the homemade pizza is outstanding. The prices are more than reasonable.

A large and welcoming Taproom with comfortable seating. This is a spacious place to relax, chat, drink great beers and eat. If the pizza tastes as good as it looks and smells, then it's pretty great. A great range of beers by themselves and others which cover most tastes. There are a selection of bottles as well as draft. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the names of the two servers, but they were both really friendly and helpful as well as being knowledgeable about the beers. More bar staff should be this good. Very good beer (Burst Hazy IPA, 6%, hops aren’t overpowering with pleasant peach/citrus notes and smooth finish). The Rabbit burger (vegan) is tasty and would have enjoyed more garnishes, but would order again.
