Quality of food 5/5 - nice variety of fresh ingredients well cooked and delicious

Customer service 5/5 - nicely welcomed and orders taken on time, consistent check on our table if we’re okay with food and drinks. Waitress was kind and professional.

Place atmosphere 2/5 - it’s a small restaurant, which is absolutely fine, however table positioning is not ideal and have to be seated right next to toilet door and wall, which doesn’t really gives the enjoyment, also on opposite side more tables also too close to toilet which makes the way from toilet to rest of restaurant narrow and a consistent flow of people passing by.

Customer experience 4/5 - putting together the food quality and customer service but the not so good atmosphere, place is great if you’re looking for fast and quick service where orders are taken quick and food is on the table quick too, however as it was a Saturday night dinner for me and my wife - it gave us the vibe of being rushed, as the moment I put down my fork on the starter plate it was taken away from waiter and the mains were immediately put on the table, which didn’t really give us time to have a “breather”. Came here on a Sunday evening closing time after I turned away by another restaurant which closed early. So glad they led me to Enzo (named after Emir's son) because I had a very nice 1st dinner experience in Windsor. Even though Enzo's was closing early as well Emir still decided he would serve me and proceeded to setup a table outside upon my request. I had the Branzino (pan fried sea bass) which I can honestly recommend to anyone looking for a flavorful dish. This was followed by their homemade tiramisu that also didn't disappoint.

The first experience was so good I decided to come back a couple days later, this time during their busiest dinner time. Emir greeted me as soon as I walked in and even remembered my name. He setup a table outside again remembering my preference and provided the same excellent service.
