18/07/2018 Hi, we made plans to arrive at your resturant for 5pm. We just got there and were very rudely turned away by the lady chef. She has a bad attitute and said they are just preparing the kitchen and are closed. I asked when they open and they said 5.30. The timing on the door and also the website states 5pm. She didnt apologise or even kindly tell us that you were not open. She has done this a few times before. I feel very put off from coming here just because of her actually. Could you please update your opening times if you are opening at 5.30pm. We were very disheartned and ended up eating at saray the nearest resturant as we were looking to eat.

Update: We havnt been back since even though I would really love to for the burgers. I dont want to face such rude...

We have ordered a few times from this place and been very happy with the food. I ordered a 3oz beef southern crunch on the meal deal. It's a burger I've ordered before and I enjoyed it the first time. This one however was a pathetic shriveled burnt rubbery excuse for a patty. The bun was squashed and the onion strips were barely present. I phoned the store and said I wasn't happy. The person on the other end of the phone told me it was 'Shrinkage' due to the hand made nature of the burger. I explained that this wasn't my first meal from them and asked what he is solution would be. His solution was to hang up on me. When I tried calling back I was immediately hung up again. I didn't raise my voice and was not rude. Will never. Ever. Order...

The food is good, not great, but good. The staff however, can be very rude. One time, my friend ordered a ‘Kid’s Meal’ (because he couldn’t afford a main meal at the time), and the staff took more than 25 minutes to make the food, also it said on the menu that it does come with chips, however, the woman only gave him a burger and when he asked if the chips should come with it, the woman - very sharply - just said “No!”, and then walked off...

Two stars for some good choices of food, declined three stars for rude and...
