Figo's Peri Peri — Restaurant in Great Britain

this use to be my favourite food place but it’s going downhill so fast. used to order here twice a week minimum but now it’s once every two weeks and that too now i’m considering on stopping. for the past several times my food has just been garbage. chips are either soggy, reheated or raw. not crispy how they used to be. chicken is now literally frozen and then defrosted you can taste the rubbery chewy feeling. or the grill isn’t cleaned and you get the black coal on the chicken. before the chicken used to be so so nice. now it’s so bad. no attention to notes. so little peri salt on the chips. prices are rising yet quality is decreasing? honestly it was actually worth the price rise when the quality was good but now i’m considering on not to have food from here again. opening another branch dosent mean you give all the attention there. you need to keep an eye back on this branch cause it’s falling so fast. and the food is starting to taste proper rubbish. used to be 10/10 now it’s 1/10. i’ll give this a try in a few weeks once more to see if this review was even taken seriously. hope you do fix this cause this was my...

Was recommended by a friend to this venue. Very quaint, well decorated venue with passionate staff. I ordered the hot spicy wings with rice, salad and chips. Also the Smoked BBq burger with chips and a quarter chicken leg. All the food was beautifully prepared and fresh. I don't want to name drop here but i'd say it's better than other Peri Peri Chicken places and worth driving the extra miles for it. They also deliver online. The time I was there it was so busy and it was like making an appointment at the doctors cause they only bite off what they can chew. While I waited for my food a few people were told that it may not be humanly possible to do their orders. This simply because they are so busy preparing the orders they receive to top quality standard. If you don't want to be disappointed..Call ahead and collect. If ordering online may be a good idea to place the order as soon as it hits your mind. Else you might be disappointed. Needless to say it was really good food for a reasonable price and I will be back for more wings, burgers and peri peri chips.

Ordered 3 times from this place and each time theres been tissues, first time ordered a burger with no tomatoes and was told 20 mins. When i got there was made to wait another 10 mins, when I got back home i had waited 30 MINS for a burger WITH TOMATOES. 2nd visit same issue was told 20 Mins but made to wait another additional 15 Mins in the shop and was advised sauces and cutlery were in the bag. When i got home found no sauces or cutlery. Thought i give them one last chance, made a phone ordered yesterday and was advised 20 mins, when I got there i asked BEFORE making payment and they advised it would be another 15 mins. I told them to cancel it but the guy at the front changed his tone immediately and said an additional 15 mins is not such a big deal, so I just walked out.
