I rang today to place an order as I was asking the price the person on the phone started to be very rude for no resson telling me thst I want items for free because I was asking the price of each item I ordered & he wasn't respectful@all,showing a serious attitude issue..rude people in my view should be reported to the authority & we cannot be intimidated by such bad manners! I had to cancel my order as the person was repeatedly asking me that I can cancel my order which I did gladly & I make sure that this incident doesn't remains private,(people who create any kind of business have the responsibility to carefully put the right people that will represent correctly their business not the opposite..the restaurant reputation start not with your food but with the people that speaks to customers before we get to the business of the food..if anyone disrespect you DO REPORT HIM & DONT GET INTIMIDATED BY THESE...

Ordered 4 meals for delivery from here last night,rang the order through at 7:10pm,the food didnt turn up till 2 hrs later,which there were 2 meals missing from the order.Rang the manager and explained the situation,we got £15 knocked off the bill but the 2 meals that were missing probs cost £15.he sent his driver back which he said would take 15mins,the driver didnt turn up for an hour.I told the driver about the missing meals and he started arguing with me about it. After this experience i would not recommend this place to order from,they had 2 hours to get the order correct,and the managers excuse was that they have been very busy,but 2 hours is not good enough.

STAY AWAY...

Food was nice but waited 30mins to be seated and over 2 hrs for starters to arrive, we had a booking for 4 and still had to wait 30 mins after the booking time to be seated.... Shame really as the food was nice but simply couldn't recommend due to the very slow service. The restaurant was still taking telephone orders for food even though there were plenty of paying guests seated at the table. While I understand the problems of staff shortages etc. it's seems logical that the restaurant should have declined take away orders until restaurant was turning tables...
