Grill Pitt — Restaurant in Great Britain

This was the first and will be the last time we order from here. Ordered 2 meals, both come with chips, but 1 portion of chips was missing so had to share the ones we got (which were cold.) Called them up, will admit the guy who answered was very nice and apologised severely for the inconvenience. Offered to send out a fresh portion, which did arrive...nearly another hour later. When I opened the bag there was a scrunched up wet used napkin actually inside within the chips. Disgusting!! We had to throw the chips away....

Got some doner and chips, for the third time out this takeaway, usually is really good. Fair portions, though yesterday when I got my order. There was very little doner, for £6.50, it was a complete rip off, pretty much paid that for chips with a few strips of doner. Must've been less than half the amount you usually get, gave an extra star because the chips were good, as well as the little doner that was there. Just for what I paid the portion size was pretty poor, was still hungry...

Really disappointed as I went to this place based on reviews.. ordered lamb tikka Rogan Josh which tasted of nothing!? And the 'lamb' I could not swallow due to the toughness.. garlic naan i order contained zero garlic. The union bhaji's were weird but ok.

I've never gone to the effort to write a review But was so disappointed I felt the need too...

Maybe it was because it was late in the evening or something, but...
