Joseph's Grill — Restaurant in Great Britain

I've just called up to complain and been treated with utter disrespect and rudeness. As I answered the phone and said I wanted to complain the man said "oh what now!". And as i explained he kept huffing and grunting. I explained how our food was over 4 hours late it arrived at 10pm when it was set to arrive at 6pm. My food was horrible there was hairs in the chips and they were all mouldy and brown. The donner kebab and the pizza me and my friend shared was absolutely vile. The pizza had no cheese it had all slid off due to poor delivery an the dough was seriously undercooked. The donner meat was rock solid and the edges of it were all grey. We also ordered a bottle of coke and it arrived and it was a cheap lidl coke instead of the real coca cola. I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD...

Awful. Ordered a chicken and donner wrap for my boyfriend. They arrived early. But messed up the order. They gave a calzone and something else that looked like an inedible mess. They also delivered a Pepsi bottle instead of a coke. He tried to ring the takeaway straight after the order but they failed to pick up the phone and almost argued with me on the first phonecall when I tried to politely explain a mix up with the delivery not being delivered due to his elderly mother answering the door and not realising it was his food. The takeaway hung up on me but luckily the driver rung to tell me about the situation and got it delivered. Wish it hadn't of been delivered now. Very customer service and food. Spent £31 on a takeaway from these through just eat. I had to call to find out when it was going to arrive after waiting over an hour. When it finally arrived 45 minutes late (nearly 2 hours after ordering) it was stone cold and was not what I ordered. I ask for no salad and everything came with salad, drinks ordered were different to what was ordered. Chips were black, lamb under cooked and everything like rubber. Rang again to sort it out and the takeaway just hangs up, tried to sort with just eat who say to speak to the restaurant so catch 22. Avoid using these and do not order through just eat unless you want to waste money. Ended up at McDonald's...
