Read moreI recently placed an order via Uber Eats and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The total wait time for my food was 1 hour and 45 minutes, which is completely unacceptable for a delivery service.
Throughout this time, I repeatedly tried to contact the restaurant for an update, but no one answered the phone. When I finally managed to speak with the Uber delivery driver, I was informed by the restaurant’s management that the order would be ready in approximately 5 minutes. However, even after waiting another 20+ minutes, the food still wasn’t ready.
