We had my sons 21st party here in and it was fabulous. Jas and his team were amazing hosts and managed all of our bespoke food, drink and other requests. Our friends have all said that service, drinks (especially the cocktails) and the food were delicious. We ourselves thought the food was so tasty and plentiful. This is such a hip, relaxing venue and the unique decor fits in perfectly with the the Verandah’s themes. We come here now at any possible opportunity and I’d highly recommend this venue for the amazing customer service, menu and drinks. Jas has made this bar a very unique and very special venue on Queens Road and I’d highly recommend anyone to check the Verandah bar ASAP.

Love the romantic lighting and decoration, and the cheeky pavement sign. The service was warm and efficient. One suggestion though, the diffusion or incense, I’m not sure what it is, at the Buddha statue can be too strong at times and the smoke can smell like cigarettes. It may not be too healthy for some people.

I really like the food, service and atmosphere at The Verandah Bar. I prefer lager to beer and this place has a selection. The food really reminds me of my mum's home cooked dishes. The style, decor and atmosphere are very nice too. I recommend everything on the menu and already know which curry I'm going to get next time I go. Really delicious.

Update: Just had the prawn curry with rice and chapattis. This is my new fav place...

We had an absolutely amazing authentic Indian dinner on the outside terrace. The experience was extremely Covid secure and the staff were so friendly.
