Went in hoping for a panini and left completely baffled by the attitude. Asked politely if I could have some salad in the panini – got a shrug in response apparently you can’t have salad in a panini. No explanation, no effort, just pure indifference. The staff member was rude, entitled, and seemed genuinely annoyed that customers were even there.

If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t work in customer service?

Prices have gone up portions have got smaller and the service is out the window

Very disappointed been going laminas for 20 years always enjoy the food here. Today was shocking got here around 3pm the place was empty 4 customers in here and only 1 person doing all the work. After about 5 mins of standing around I asked the lady infront if she's been served yet and she said no its taking ages. Eventually the lady got served but there was no urgency with the order and the women serving i felt was rude. Appalling service. Restaurant accepted my Deliveroo order and then rang me to say they couldn’t make it due to lack of ingredients. Deliveroo will not accept customer cancellations once the restaurant has accepted the order, it is the restaurant that needs to contact Deliveroo. When I told the restaurant this, they insisted they could not cancel and I would need to do it. I then spent a lot of time convincing Deliveroo to cancel (because they normally need the restaurant to tell them). Having eventually succeeded in cancelling, I am unable to leave feedback on the Deliveroo app so am leaving it here. The food may be fine, but their customer service...
