I I've been ordering here for 6 years and was the only Chinese I ever used but last time I ordered i noticed the Singapore chow mein have changed in look and flavour. Anyway 6 years of loyalty i though tonight I would try it again but now even the Singapore rice was AWFUL!!! IT WAS JUST BASICALLY PLAIN!! CHOW MEIN and RICE with some meat and veg chucked in for good measure. So sorry bad food once fool on me however bad food twice food on you! Ill be using someone else in future. If you have a new chef or owners then please call the old ones up and ask for their recipe because yours are AWFUL. Had friends over for a chinese. Turned up an hour late.

The lady that works here is one of the rudest we’ve come across. Whilst on loudspeaker, all 6 of us Came to the conclusion that she did not give one bit of care that it was late or cold. She said that she would collect the food however it would take an hour atleast for another order (meaning it would come at 10:15pm) not on! Did not apologise once for it an instead told me to have it our with Just Eat.

Ordered here fairly regularly previously. They have decent deals and used to have a nice light, not undercooked or too greasy batter on their chicken balls. The last 3 orders have had the wrong sauce (may as well not order at that point), the batter on the balls is too thick and the middle is raw, the chips taste old like they've been fried twice, and the egg fried rice tastes weirdly like lemon. Not sure if it's actual lemon or someone spraying down whatever it's stored in. Either way it's rank. That's our last order. Not worth it even with a refund.
