Mai tea — Restaurant in Great Britain

Extremely disappointing bubble tea. For starters the opening hours on their website are wrong so they were closed when I tried to go. I then ordered on justeat which took forever to arrive. When it did the drinks were wrong- despite the biscoff brown sugar bubble tea listing tapioca in the description it didn’t have any. My family and I visited Knaresborough for the first time today, its was a very hot day and we found Mai Tea who made us the most amazing drinks made however we would like them, the lady was lovely helpful and friendly, the shop was spotless and the drinks fantastic, I highly recommend trying a lovely drink from this store you will not regret it, also the lovely reusable cups are fantastic with a large plastic straw, I was as excited not to have a paper straw as I was to get this...

Sat in the shop for 15 minute before the assistant asked for our order, ok she was making an order up but seriously 15 minutes to be served !!!
