Nortada Restaurant — Restaurant in Great Britain

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately the experience was below expectations. I ordered a sangria which had a strand of hair in it. I returned the glass, but the staff member took it away without offering any apology and with a visibly unpleasant attitude. There were no napkins or basic condiments such as mayonnaise or ketchup on the table , we had to go and ask for them. On top of that, there was no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. Throughout our visit, the staff (who seemed to be a family) were talking among themselves, looking at us and making comments, which made us feel uneasy. Walked past this restaurant a few and decided this time to give it a try Which was a big mistake. had to wait over 20 mins just to be asked what drinks we would like and the over 30 mins before we got to order food then why we was wait all I could see was the waiter standing around picking his Nose then handling food which put me off eating there so walked out straight away. We were recommended by our son & friend(mike)to eat here . It was just like being in a cafe/resturant on holiday in the med.its not a fancy restaurant but if you want excellant food,drinks & service then this place is for you. Ruben looked after us ,he was charming & attentive, explaining the menu & made suggestions. We had the clams,beef espatada(squewer)with the house special polenta(corn),black beans & salad.The house red was excellent & my coffee was superb.
