Reasonable prices and very good food. Adding to my earlier review. My baked potato with choice of toppings was excellent and the waffles with a very generous bacon topping and fresh fruit was also excellent. Service was attentive and quick. One year on under the new management and the place has become a hit with the locals. Friendly and prompt service even when busy. Previously, we had a Coronation Chicken Sandwich and a Tuna Mayo toastie. Both generously filled and attractively presented on a tray with a very nice mixed salad with tasty dressing. The new owners at Pinky Promise have worked really hard to make this place excellent! The menu is really varied and plentiful, great for vegetarians so a good number of choices! The food is always quickly served and the portion sizes generous. I love the fact I can bring my little dog in for a sausage and the fact that the seating is comfortable (which is often not the case in most cafes!). I often buy vouchers for friends/family and they have a year on them so well worth shopping and supporting local if looking for something a little different. Well done...

Honestly, such a gem of a place. Fantastic coffee (hot and strong Americanos with hot milk), flaky, soft, beautiful croissants, perfect little macarons, and delicious breakfast rolls, and all for a very reasonable price. But the real star of the show is Husseyn, the owner/manager, who is smiley and so friendly and cannot do enough to make you comfortable and satiated. The decor is cute, with comfortable seating. Can’t imagine there’s anywhere better for your light snack/coffee...
