A Chinese restaurant/takeaway which cannot cook. Noodles no taste and bland, the Beef with Black Pepper sauce was more like red pepper with sugar? My wife had clearly advised on the phone to ensure Beef Black pepper had no sugar, despite that my meal was destroyed by the first bite filled with sugar coated beef in not so pepper sauce. If I want sweet and savoury I'll make sure to order that dish. Not only did I waste my money, I am annoyed to have wasted my evening with this meal. When I called the restaurant to enquire about my dish there was no apology but a clear refusal that my wife ordered with less sugar when I'm diabetic and consume no sugar! Bad food can be ignored for once, bad customer service cannot. A chance for them to retain good customers has been lost with bad customer service etiquette. In short save your money and try...

Quick to take drinks order, however glasses are tiny, so beware! In the middle of taking our food order the waitress stopped to take a phone order, despite other staff doing nothing!

Kids meals arrived then starters, chicken starter tough as leather, complained, nothing adjusted on bill. Half an hour or so passed and still no sign of the main. As it turns out, when the mains arrived, mine was simply a version of the kids meal with some sauce over it and a couple random slivers of veg, the fried rice was questionable. We were on holiday in the area and went there on a Sunday night which was a buffet night, the restaurant itself is very light and airy and a pleasant place to spend some time. Firstly this in not a conventional buffet, dishes are ordered from a buffet menu, freshly cooked and brought to the table. The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful guiding you through the process, the food as I have said is freshly cooked to order and is very well presented and is very tasty.
