My visit to this Subway location this morning(04-Nov-2025), around 9:30 AM, was absolutely appalling and represents one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The entire interaction was defined by the employee's extreme unprofessionalism and outright hostility. The minute we walked up to the counter, the staff member made it abundantly clear she was not willing to serve us. Her body language—slumped posture, lack of eye contact, and loud, exasperated sighs—screamed that our presence was an enormous inconvenience. Her communication was minimal, delivered in a sharp, dismissive tone, and she offered no welcome, no suggestions, and no basic courtesy. This wasn't just poor service; it was an act of deliberate rudeness. A job in food service, especially at a time like 9:30 AM when freshness and efficiency are expected, requires a basic level of customer engagement. If an employee cannot manage a polite and professional demeanor during their shift, they should not be employed in a position that requires direct interaction with the paying public. "What you want" in a sharp aggressive manner. Slid the sandwich down to the till for the male employee to till it in. Asked why the toilet was locked. Obnoxious woman shouted "no longer for public use". I politely explained that they are a sitting in food establishment & I have a medical condition with my bowels. Was told loudly & aggressively "I don't care". If I'd have known there were no toilet facilities I wouldn't have ordered. The most unpleasant,rude & downright aggressive person I've had the displeasure of coming across. Never met that woman in my life. But my God whoever employed her needs to be held accountable....

Infuriating! Greeted real friendly, but then left to wait for ages while they did online orders - and then they went to serve someone who came in after me! Showed them the voucher I had and the guy didn't even look at it, just asking me if it's in date and if it's legit... how about take the voucher off me and look at it yourself? Voucher was for a 6inch sub, asked if I could have it as a wrap as I can't eat bread, nope. Gave up and left... Just fully got the vibes that they were disengaged and didn't...
