Spent Valentine's Day at Bootlegger Cardiff last night. Lovely cocktails and atmosphere! I come here fairly often and have a great experience every time. Even on a predictably busy night the staff were actively doing their best to accommodate any wait times, seating people and making drinks (all while a master class was going on too!). Having worked in hospitality the honesty regarding wait times was much appreciated, and completely understood given the staff numbers compared to tables seated!
