Worst Indian ever! Ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala and a Beef Madrass. I've never had a Chicken Tikka Massala that is made with an (OVERPOWERING) Coconut base and was so sickly sweet, it was inbearable to eat. If I wanted a Korma, that's what I would have asked for. As for the beef madrass...it was bearable...but lacked any flavour other than curry powder. I contacted the restaurant the next day as our food was delivered at 11pm (ordered late due to travel) so they were closed. I asked for a refund for the tikka massala. I was told that ALL indian restraunts make massala with a coconut base, to which I disagreed. I was told that I should have read their menu before ordering. I explained that even if i had read the menu and ordered a KORMA, I would have still asked for a refund as it was so bad , I could not eat it. He advised me it would have to be discussed with the manager and they would call me back that day. The next day I had to chase this up as no one had contacted me back. I was forced into an argument with this same staff member due to his attitude. He said the manager was not available and offered me a discount voucher off my next purchase from them. I expressed that I was visiting and also had no intentions of ever purchasing from them again. I said I would rather speak direct to the manager and get a refund. I was promised a call back. I am yet to recieve that phone call, 3 days later. So not only is the food bad...so is the...

I went there with a friend on banquet night, they were in a rush to serve us our food as we had only just finished our starters and wanted to bring the mains out straight away. We asked for a little break in between. One waiter who I can only assume was the manager came over and said yes that’s not a problem let me know when you’re ready. Then only 2 minutes later another waiter came over and said it’s been too long now your mains are ready. They then bought out our mains and sides, the waiter was trying to make room on the table so I picked up the flower they use as a table decoration and handed it to him to make some room to which he then decided to slam back down on the table. I have been here before and the whole service and food was great but I have to say we were both very disappointed in the food and service and thought this particular waiter was extremely rude. The manager however was great.

Not sure if I’ll be going back here again, which is a shame because I always hear good things about this place and have had a good...

We had such a lovely night here with the family - looking forward to visiting again.

We went on Sunday and enjoyed the banquet menu- starter, main, side dish and rice or naan!

Our table was booked for 6pm but although early, the restaurant was already half full and lovely atmosphere.

Food was really good, it was great to have the side dishes too - lots to share around the table.

There was so much food we couldn’t eat it all but we were offered takeaway containers to take it home.

The staff were really lovely, and helpful when we were choosing from the menu. The manager in particular was really great, made us feel welcome and special and chatted to the kids...
