There are times I come to this establishment and get a really good coffee. There are a few select people here who really know how to make a proper coffee!

But sometimes, there are one or two staff members who make a terrible one – piping hot, with milk that isn’t frothed properly, and no care taken in the preparation. The look on their face suggests they don’t even want to be there.

Sometimes I walk in, see those same people behind the counter, and think it’s not even worth buying a coffee – I’ll go somewhere else instead.

Considering the price of the coffee, that’s disappointing. And on top of that, they try to pressure you into giving them a tip – but in my eyes, a tip...

I went to the trouble of searching your company on Companies House website to check if the rude woman who served me this morning had a hand in your business. Clearly she doesn’t by my findings, and that should be worrying for yourselves and your business. I was early to a hospital appointment and thought I’d stop at the Elm Grove branch to grab a quick coffee. I was not acknowledged by an older woman and she proceeded to serve two people in front me still not purposely acknowledging me. I decided to walk out as I wasn’t prepared to be treated so unkindly. I just live next to it so i thought of buying my fresh bread from here , after reading the reviews that they are so good , i bought a 4.10 pound if bread for which i am happy to pay for but it was so hard that i bled from my gums after having 2 bites , it was hard as rock the next day .
