Lovely cosy pub, very nice tidy garden area, friendly staff, super helpful told us all edits to the menu for that day when taking our order.

Had the lamb shoulder roast, was very very good, great flavours, good gravy, extra sauces and gravy bought out absolutely zero fuss upon request, will definitely return for the adult roast.

My only tiny note would be that £8 per bowl of tomato pasta for kids does seem a bit steep to me personally, would not stop me coming back at all, im actually looking forward to coming back again for a roast and I genuinely 100% plan to do so, but £21 for 2 bowls of pasta and 2 fruit shoots just seemed a bit lumpy to me

Friendly, welcoming- wonderful new addition to the Hanover , Brighton pub scene- open two weeks . Lower level garden area decked out (literally) a snooker table too (or pool can’t tell I don’t play - not in the garden I hasten to add!) …from my quick visit the tapas menu is not to extensive and prepared from an open kitchen in full view of punters excellent quality, tasty - gorgeous beetroot hummus, highly recommend halloumi fries as a snack any time ! Falafel great taste I’d suggest a tzatziki or yogurt dressing as an accompaniment with this too…give it a go …..it’s got bags of potential serving food 7 days a week from 4pm weekdays 12pm Saturdays and roasts...

We stopped by here for a Sunday roast the other week, and I have to say it was probably the best roast I’ve ever had (at least at a restaurant/pub!)

We had the sharing board between 2 of us, which is the best way to try two of the most amazing meats they had available.. highly recommend the lamb especially but the pork was unreal too. It was also a great value compared to other places in town, especially with the amount of food and quality.

The chefs and bartender were very friendly too, and the ambience inside was lovely....
