Never been here before, but can for bottomless brunch. We were shown to our table by the manager she took our drinks order. She told us who our server was and she would be over soon. I noticed that our waitress went off on the phone and we waited a fair while considering it wasn't too busy. While waiting another diner was sick at the table and the staff delt with it quickly and without fuss. The drinks were all nice, alot with pineapple though, and they were strong. The only bad thing was the amount of ice and size of the straws, the ice kept getting stuck in the straw which was annoying and trying to drink from the glass was lip numbing. However after the 4th cocktail it we were passed caring.😆 The food was nice and fresh, I did feel sorry for the chef as it was getting busy and there were only two staff in the kitchen. I don't do spice, and although the chicken wrap had a kick is wasn't too hot for a wimp like me. While eating the paramedics were called for a customer who had been in the toilet unwell from drinking too much. Yet again the staff delt with it amazingly and with a smile on their face. It was a nice first time trip and I would recommend this place, especially if you like spice as there are some great dishes to choose from. But word of warning, BE CAREFUL WITH THE BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH!!! Know your limits and drink water inbetween. That way customers and staff will have a good time.

We had a very rare date night. We decided to head to turtle Bay enjoy some dinner and cocktails. When we arrived we were shown to out table, nice little area or so we thought. We ordered some cocktails took advantage of the 241. Couldn't fault them they were delicious. The host came back and took our food order, recommended a dish that wasn't too spicy 🙈🤣 it was lush, really yummy. During our meal we kept getting dripped on by water over head not excessive, but it put a downer on our experience. The table was quite white, and disgustingly dirty especially underneath. I knocked my leg on the table and I kid you not they was a wet dirty black mark all down my dress. I felt so dirty then going to another bar. It put a downer on my evening as I was so conscious of this dirty mark all down my dress.

Had a great dinner with family after wife's convocation, Tuesday evening yet slow service hence 3 star for to service but Food is top class 5 star. Vegan no moo burger impressed me the most, I love their special Hot Sauce. The Chicken Roti wrap was a bit non-spicy and bland taste to my wife's taste byd though but even the Mac n Cheese was spicy that we liked as well. Not bad deal to pocket for a nive meal, highly recommended if you are in this area. Ambience is very lively, theme of container park and colorful paintings, portraits and classical old news paper and advertising theme on the walls.

I highly recommend this restaurant, as food here is definitely very tasty. Staff, including management, are helpful, caring, and friendly towards customers, the music is pleasant, and the atmosphere is calming. I was served by lovely waitress Chloe and caring mananager Dash, and both of them have been highly Customer focused and attentive. All staff and management are approachable and hard working, including bar staff, chefs, and cleaners who make the place very clean. Therefore, I would like to say a huge thank you to all. I had an amazing time and will definitely come back again.

Turtle Bay has been a firm favourite of mine for years. It's my go to place for celebrating or just for a bite to eat. The food is authentic, delicious and I just love the atmosphere. I want to leave a huge thank you to Chloe, who has served me the last couple of times I've been to Turtle Bay. She's always friendly and went the extra mile for me on Wednesday when I went there with my partner and another couple. I couldn't get the app to work for my blue light card, but she came up trumps for me! Thank you Chloe.. you're the best. Dot.

Booked as a family to go to as wanted to celebrate two birthdays and also to visit our son who has just moved to the area. Slightly different choice to most restaurants but that was what we wanted. Still do the traditional burger etc but most items will have a bit of a kick. Fantastic selection of drinks and food. Left there feeling absolutely stuffed. Special shout out to staff for being helpful and apologetic for one customer who'd clearly had one drink too many. In summary, great selection of Caribbean style food and drinks.
