Racial Profiling by security - It is disheartening to report that our experience at this club was marred by blatant racial profiling by the security staff, an incident that evokes a bitter echo of outdated prejudices. An interaction transpired between my friends and one of the security staff who seemed to judge us solely on our appearance, following which he conferred with another guard, possibly a superior, before returning to us. It was the words that followed which further drove the point home - the assertion that they "expect some other type of clients and energy," was nothing short of disappointing. It's difficult not to interpret this as them preferring clients of a different ethnicity or skin color. If this is indeed your policy, it would be better to explicitly state this on your website, allowing potential customers to make an informed decision about whether to patronize your establishment.

The irony of the situation was not lost on us, in an era when we have grown to respect diversity and equality, such attitudes still exist. However, we chose not to argue, deciding instead to save our energy for more welcoming establishments. And indeed, we found several other clubs that were respectful and inclusive, where we were treated just as anyone else would be.

It's a shame that we encountered such an experience in your club, and we hope that this feedback serves as a wake-up call for a reconsideration of your policies. This is not about retaliation or revenge; it's about advocating for equality and dignity for all patrons, regardless of their race or ethnicity. In the end, the world is a diverse place and your establishment should reflect this reality. Thanks...

Shocking preselection at the entry. Discrimination pure by management. The blond guy refused our entry 3 times during the night, by explaining we need booking due Covid-19, however unable to explain how to book for 00:30am. If you woman don't worry, they let you in. (As we checked). I use to go here 3 times a week for 10 years and was recommended this 'new' Walkabout by family members, as was away for 2 years. No, thank you. Never again, they completely spoiled my night out with £250 in the pocked for reunion with my friends. The game 'good guy' (security) and 'bad guy' (management? blond hair, short hair cut, slim guy) didn't work for me! I had just 2 pints last night and wanted to celebrate properly there after kebab, but the pre-selecting approach for entry was just so shocking. I went home afterwards. Completely spoiled my night out. The chain just lost couple of very good customers, plus members of my family...

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Do not use the app. If you order drinks with your food, you have to take your phone up to the bar and request the drinks or they won't come.

The food took a little over an hour and a half to arrive, when it did it was awful. I ordered a Ve burger and it was pink in the middle and black on one side and all edges. (See photo). A few other meals in our group were completely in edible (fries drenched in oil), extras that never came and all the meals were cold.

I also ordered a side which arrived about 15 mins after I sent my burger back and they were wrong.

I asked for a refund and I was told because I ordered via the app I had to call The Stonegate Pub Co. I am yet to hear from them and receive my refund.

Awful. I never expect too much from these types of venues but my word it was so bad. I feel sorry for the normal staff as the table waitress was great dealing...
