Was in Aylesbury on a passing visit and popped at lunchtime for a quick meal. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, didn’t feel rushed at all even when walking in relatively close to closing time. I ordered the Pho Special and my wife ordered the Bun Cha for mains. After spending a lot of time in Vietnam, this is probably one of my favourite Phos in the U.K. The broth was very clean and comforting, very reminiscent of the days long bone broths found on the streets of Vietnam’s bustling cities. First time visit, popped in for a mixed meat takeaway Pho around 12 noon on 27/6/25. Very few people inside or around - this vendor would do well to find a location with more passing trade. To the food: served rapidly (within the promised 5 minutes) by friendly FoH, bag was encouragingly weighty. By the time I got home (about 20 mins later), all was still piping hot. Tasty and nutricious, noodles plus a very decent serving of meat all in a sauce with a solid chilli kick and the right amount of salty fish sauce.
