Absolute dream to visit! Being coeliac, it's really difficult to find somewhere that I can eat where I can trust it will be safe. We popped here a few years ago and as we were back on holiday we thought we would go again. The lady who served us was great, when I mentioned I was coeliac she made me feel such at ease and was happy to go through what I could/couldn't have. Even put gloves on and sterilised the scoop ( I didn't even need to ask her, which anyone who has also been diagnosed may feel my pain when you feel you have to ask for all these things and would usually get an eye roll or made to feel a nuisance, but I felt the complete opposite). Oct 23 - After such a great experience in Sept we went back. Hugely disappointing. Served by a gentleman who barely acknowledged us, asked for our order then blanked us to speak to another customer and forgot what we ordered. Small scoops compared to previous visit. rubbish customer service, won’t rush back now. Sept 23 - visited and served by a very friendly lady. We both had a double scoop tub at £4 each. Not cheap but … extremely good quality gelato and generous with scoops provided. Highly recommend both the apple crumble & blackberry cheesecake flavours. Delicious.
