Domino's Pizza - Great Yarmouth — Restaurant in Great Yarmouth

Certain staff require a lesson in customer service. When chasing our order which was over 45 minutes past its estimated delivery time, I was spoken to in a manner which as a paying customer, I don't expect to happen. Rather than offering any form of apology, or reassuring us that they will try to find out what's happening Against my wishes the phone operator said he would be cancelling the order and issuing a refund, then hung up the phone on me, wasting his companies food and losing them revenue. Absolutely shocking service and as a customer that regularly orders from here I will not be doing so again, a formal complaint has been issued with Dominoes on this also to avoid it happening to someone that cant stand up...

Honestly best dominos we've ever had. We live in Birmingham and do not use the local ones as they are always awful. We had a holiday close to this branch and decided to try them. We requested that two of the pizzas was put back in the pizza oven for a little longer to make them well done and we went back three times in total. We had 9 pizzas and all 9 was perfect. Exactly what they should be. Staff are very friendly and polite and next time we are in great yarmouth if we want pizza I know where we will be going. Many thanks to the staff who was working on the visits we made, faultless...

I was served by an older male member of staff who conducted himself in the most unprofessional and abnoxious way. When I asked which flavours of wings were available (e.g. bbq, etc) he told me the wings were "chicken flavour" in a patronising tone. He then continued in his rude tone and told me that wings were only available in one single flavour, which I later learned was incorrect when I checked the menu. I understand that ending up a pizza maker hardly represents the pinnacle of success, but it's no excuse for being disrespectful...
