If I could give 0 stars I would without hesitation! absolute rubbish is what this dominos can only be described as, from the āfoodā (if you can even call it that) to the staff & customer service. If you live closer to the Stoughton branch like I do, I would recommend going out of your way to Merrow or Woodbridge road Guildford!, youāll actually get a sufficient level of customer service with staff who have learnt people skills and a decent pizza. First time I ordered from here I made half and half online and asked for thin crust. (Which can I just add, have had enough times to know how it should be) So my pizza turns up looking a bit defeated to be honest with a lack of toppings considering there priced at Ā£1.69 each I should think two bits of sweet corn on each slice is a bit of a piss take š lack luster to say the least, by this point Iām struggling to see what Iāve got in return for Ā£26. Only to then discover a crust so burnt it you tried to eat it youāll need a dentist ASAP. So Iāve called the restaurant to explain only to be spoken to with zero respect and zero people skills. I was told. yes thatās right t.o.l.d that I should know what a thin crust pizza is like and generally thatās how they come and that I should of thought about what I ordered before I ordered my pizza, wow 10/10 for customer service guys! Not.. so as I then went on to describe that Iāve had a thin crust plenty of times to know in fact itās defiantly not the way itās generally served is by breaking your teeth on inedible pizza crust and that Id like another one sent out ASAP I was then told it would take an hour despite the last one taking around 20 minutes, so I challenged this to then be told about 2 minutes later into my very un -pleasant phone call that actually can have it out in 30 mins and that in fact there are no current orders on the screen. Funny that.. so they bring the next one out and again very tight with the toppings but by this point had really had enough mostly of how I was spoken to down the phone. So I contacted head office much for them to think the same of all of this that the service was appalling and opened a case for a refund and ended up being sent a code for a free pizza however had to be from the same place! A couple of weeks later Iāve ordered again with this code half and half again, 1 half bbq base and the other normal both sides completely different, bbq side has meat and veg and the normal side just cheese for it to arrive all back to front. The bbq base is on the cheese side and you can work out the rest, so second time now theyāve messed up our order. Didnāt really want to call them to endure another rude phone call on there behalf, but wasnāt happy considering the reason we ordered this pizza in the first place was to make up for the last ones mistakes, to be told.. when you make half and half pizzas online itās very confusing for us and itās very easy for us to get each sides mixed up, itās a simple answer then donāt offer a service you and your staff donāt know how to use, I personally canāt really understand how hard it can be to read a clear order and make it. They couldnāt of been to busy and it was delivered in around 25/30 mins. So had another one sent out which was corrected, but basically the moral of my story is if you want your food made to a decent standard that you are rightfully entitled to as your the paying customer do not come here because the likelihood is that youāll either get the wrong pizza or break your teeth trying to eat it. Be disappointed with how stingy they are on toppings and be out right disgusted with how your spoken to, Iāve noticed in some other reviews how there customer service is hardly a winner.
Ps, me and my mum both had terrible stomach aches later in the night after eating this pizza too.

I then proceeded to call the branch to ask why this situation.Clearly there is no value or respect for their customers as the way I was spoken to was very ill mannered.
I spoke to a male worker at the time who put me on hold without giving me the chance to fully explaining the situation.He then returned to say that I was wrong and that his "manager" was the one who cooked the order so therefore I must be definitely wrong.
From my experience and knowledge of customer service this is very concerning as in any business or corporation who values their customers or clients does not treat them like that even if no compensation is rewarded for their inconvenience.
I then asked to speak to the manager (female) .She came to speak on the phone speaking in a very rude and unprofessional tone like she was verbally arguing with me."I done the order myself yeah, it's not wrong yeah". I should not have to expect to speak to a manager of an establishment/business in British slang/ street talk .
Overall this experience was terrible and the manager refused to give me her name as she was aware that I would be making a complaint due to the service and food I was given.

We called dominoās to let them know that the pizza wasnāt edible, the person who answered the phone was rude and said that āwe have had loads of complaints about this because we had a power cut and there isnāt anything we can doā I told him that something needs to be sorted because we canāt eat the food and we spent lots of money on it, understandably they had a power cut but they should not of sent pizza out when it came looking like this. He then proceeded to say that the manager wasnāt there and they will ācall me back laterā and I said when can I expect a call back and he hung up the phone on me.
