When i say i travel for food

I saw this place a while ago online , and i had to make a visit, a wee hidden gem in the indoor market.

I love dim sum & asian cuisine , especially Chinese. The lady who served me was an absolute legend( owner). Happy and cheerful & a wonderful ball of energy.

Her customer service is top tier, i was greeted with a hello & a smile, i asked for the veggie dumplings ( 10pcs) & a jasmine tea. The dumplings had chilli oil on( but if heat is not your thing, im sure you could give it a miss, i asked for a lil bit. Also you can takeout or sit in opposite.

Awaiting my dumplings in chilli oil, i was asked fork or chopsticks, chopsticks for me, and my jasmine tea was given moments later.

My dumplings arrived served by the lady herself, the presentation on that wee plate , honestly they are the tastiest veggie dumplings ive had. That chilli oil goes well , yes a slight kick and burn but not bad. It was a match made in dim sum heaven.

The owner( husband) i think, asked if everything was ok. I said yes it great. After i finshed , i said thank you to the wee lady and left.

I recommend this hidden dim sum gem in the heart market harborough indoor market. The hygiene and cleanliness, its cheap & budget friendly.

I paid £8.50 in cash,which is an absolute bargain, for authentic Chinese dim sum dumplings.

Probably the best dim sum in the UK. I've eaten in and had pick up now and it is consistantly amazing. Freshly made by hand every day, I know there's one guy who goes there all the time and they'll make special things just so he doesn't get bored...ask about the specials!

Dim sum is traditionally brunch (in case you don't know), go with as many people as possible, order a couple noodle/rice dishes plus as many of the smaller dishes as your eyes can manage. -and don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone! I'm sure if we knew what was in the sausages and burgers we eat it would probably turn us off so try something you wouldn't usually go for. You won't be disappointed.

What an absolute gem in Market Harborough. Dim Sum Master is run by the loveliest husband-and-wife team, and you can taste the care and passion in every dish. We ordered the noodle soup, shin beef noodles, and mushrooms, and every single bite was packed with flavour. The dumplings were honestly some of the best we’ve ever had – so good we even bought a frozen pack to take home.

It’s rare to find food that feels both comforting and full of depth like this. You can tell the Dim Sum Master truly puts his heart into the cooking. Supporting a local spot like this feels great, but it’s the food that will keep us coming back every time we’re in town. Such a cool little place – can’t...
