One star isnt an option. I've ordered from here about 2 and a half years ago the food wasn't up to scratch so I complained and got a full refund. No complaints there. Yesterday wanted to surprise my children when they got home with a takeaway, perfect choice as they deliver from 12pm onwards. I checked reviews and asked around not too many complaints. The food looks good, a lil bland but no complaints. We ate, general view not the best not the worst. 5 hours later were all chucking our guts up, fighting over who can use the toilet, stomach cramps, hot sweats, shaking and feeling dizzy. Contacted just eat to be told they can't help call them yourself. Not the best of ideas when I'm cleaning sick and s*it off my toilet floor. I would have screamed at them. So this morning I try to find contact details other than a telephone number no luck. So thanks St John's I now have 3 sick children to look after whilst feeling like death myself. I've contacted the food standard agency in Cambs. I'm absolutely disgusted and will be telling everyone I know not to order from your restaurant. I'd rather not have a call back thanks, I'll leave it to the food standard...

Just ordered 70 something £s worth of Chinese and got 10% discount great..... But when I got home 10mins away and dished up food was cold, some of the chicken in the chicken curry was not even covered in sauce so must of been microwaved then covered in sauce that was not very tasty, moving on to the chow main tasted burnt and weird like off and was cold, the rice bland, crispy beef tasted burnt was soggy and was cold, salt chilli chicken also burnt nice taste but again cold like fridge cold. had a take away delivery which took an hour and a half. extremely disappointed with what we got, portion sizes were ridiculously small, didn’t even have spring onions that are supposed to come with duck, 2 plum sauce, chilli sauce & hoisin sauces only came 1/4 full. all of our spring rolls and king prawns had way too much batter on them that there was no veg and wasn’t even a whole prawn inside the batter. chips were undercooked and rubber and duck pancakes were cold! so shocked to how poor the quality was for how much we spent. wouldn’t order from here...
