This is a local pub. Where people from around the local area come to drink, always the same people, day in, day out. It's incredibly run down, dark and dingy. It's incredibly difficult for a small pub to be within a stones throw away from two much larger, better know pubs. The only good thing about this pub is a large beer garden out the back, only thing that let's this down is the constant smell of people smoking weed. Wouldn't go out of my way to go...

Obviously one of the best refurbishment pubs I've had th we pleasure undertaking and even more so as my son had decided to run it. Family friendly and open to all...

Well it's rough and ready. A real pub there's no airs or graces. It's the way pubs used to be and thank goodness there's still a damn good example....
