Paolos Pizzas — Restaurant in Ireland

Ordered for collection, drove from culmore into the town and still waited 20 mins for 2 bags of chips. Got home to Springtown areas and the chips were cold, honestly the worst chips I’ve ever had from anywhere, really hard like they had been cooked and cooked again as well as the over cooked smell off them. The portions size was really good but out of the two bags at least 1 and a half went to the bin, second bag wasn’t touched as not one of the 6 people eating liked them. Wouldn’t buy chips...

10/10 tuna and onion pizza. Base was awesome. Great tasting tomato sauce. Perfect amount of cheese. Omg so much tuna.onions was sparingly though. I was full up for£10.10 the 12 inch pizza. Very accomodating and respectful to one's request to avoid cross contamination and even proactively washed the pizza slice. 10/10 customer service Totally recommended this place. Great chef and great cashier.

Delivery took 1hr and 20 mins (live 3 miles away), phoned for an update and the girl that answered had an awful attitude and told me the order left 40 mins ago and the delivery driver had 4 orders. Delivery driver arrived with freezing food and told me he left 15 mins ago with 2 orders. Had to refuse the order. Not the first time this has happened, fool me once shame on you unfortunately the shame is on...
