It was very quiet when I went in about 3pm on Monday. I was looking at the menu and waiting to order, There was only myself and someone behind me in line. instead of asking if I want to order, the server immediately spoke to the group of 3 people behind me who hadn’t decided what they wanted and then waited for them to decide and to order, cutting infront of me. I assumed they didn’t realise but then I get to place my order, and the girl immediately walks off after putting it on the machine when I tried to say I had a costa rewards scan to get points. So I didn’t get my point, and then while waiting they seemed just rude in general, all three looked absolutely annoyed at anyone who came in. I get working on a Monday isn’t the best but being decent to customers isn’t that difficult . Then when I get my drink, a cooler, it’s half empty, not even up to the fill line and tastes very strongly of the syrup used, making it rather over powering, it’s also more liquid like it was fully melted than an icy cooler, think too much syrup and too little ice.

This time, I ordered a coconut decaf cappuccino, and the order was taken well.
