Tiam Tea — Restaurant in Lancaster

The customer service here is terrible. In particular, the woman at the counter was extremely rude.

Her attitude made it seem like she didn’t want to take orders or was annoyed by customers asking questions. It felt like she just wanted to rush through my order and be done with it.

I’m not sure if she’s naturally this rude or was simply having a bad day, but her behavior was far from professional. While I don’t expect perfect service, she should at least avoid ruining a first-time customer’s experience. She could benefit from learning how to greet customers and take orders politely.

I understand that places can run out of pearls or have specific payment policies, like only accepting cash for one cup. But these situations should be communicated clearly and politely, not with frustration taken out on customers. If serving customers feels like such a chore, it might be better for her to consider a different...

Probably best bubble tea in Lancaster. I've tried their Matcha Latte, it's not fresh matcha, but taste good, not too bitter. I reealy like their cups, they're thicker than at all other bubble tea places, safe for transportation in a backpack. The place does not look as cozy as cupp, but at least they have 2 tables inside, each with 4 chairs. They also offer a selection of cakes! Do keep in mind that they only accept card payments if you buy 2 bubble teas, if you only want to buy a single tea you need to pay with cash. They will offer you to buy 2 bubble teas, and let you claim the second one on a different day if you don't want both immediately.

Insanely good bubble tea! Comparisions: Definitely the best bubble tea cafe in Lancaster, I've tried the other bubble tea cafe here, Chatime, and in my opinion Tiam Tea is definitely the best in terms of taste, speed of service, the variety of options are definitely more traditional aswell - so if that's what you're looking for then go for Tiam Experience stand outs: super quick service, and tastes amazing - probably one of the best bubble teas I've ever had in the UK, i'd say the bubble tea here is as good as Ohayo Tea in Manchester Recommendations: If you like oreo's, I'd highly recommend the oreo bubble tea with brown sugar pearls & the cheese foam is incredible btw, so I'd recommend...
