Shouldn’t have opened up after the month off they’ve had!!

Please please do not order from this takeaway!!! We have been going to them for years yet because of tonight we won’t ever again. Last night we ordered from them as they had been shut for over a month and we were so excited. They missed a drink from our order last night but we didn’t mind as we loved the food from there. Tonight we ordered again and they messed it all up. Firstly the chicken chow mein they sent looked like lumpy soup. Looked so inedible. Then we 100% ordered 3 portions of salt and pepper chips but they sent 3 normal chips. So we rang up and straight away they had their back up demanding that we were in the wrong. We stated over and over again if we had wanted normal chips we’d have put them in the air fryer!! We specifically love their salt and pepper chips. They were absolutely adamant we didn’t order it correctly. They then hung up the phone. So I called back and asked if they wouldn’t hang up on me, tried to explain to them that we had definitely ordered correctly. The man who I spoke to was so so rude to me. Then when I asked more questions he just wouldn’t answer and was staying silent??🤣 I them said please don’t hang up and all of a sudden he just said “I’m not hanging up yet” so so strange. Then passed me on to a woman and she was so blunt demanding that I pay the £6 difference when they were in the wrong. She was bloody awful too. Then hung up. On top of all of this there was hairs in the food. I cannot believe they’ve been shut for a month and in that month the food has gone tragically down hill and the customer service has become a joke. Very disappointing! My food Was really late, I had to phone up and the girl said it was on its way. Another 15mins had passed and I had to phoned again they said its nearly here. It’s arrived finally and what I absolute joke, the meal was cold! The Chips where soggy, Salt and pepper chicken was hard not edible. When I pulled it apart, it was like rubber. My Vegetable chow main there was not a Selection of vegetables. It was just loads of mushrooms and a tiny piece of broccoli . The noodles were like slime had been put on them. It Must’ve been sat there for a while. If that’s the case, you should throw the food away and make the paying customer a fresh meal If You can’t deliver the food fresh And hot. Or don’t do a delivery service if that’s what paying customers...

Hands down the worst Chinese food i've ever eaten. Prawn toast overcooked and oily - BBQ ribs were just about edible - Ginger and onion char sui pork was terrible, big lumps of gristly meat - the EGG RICE - wow - how do you get that wrong? Dark brown - way too much soy sauce and tasted of nothing. We didn't even receive our free salt and pepper wings - didn't bother ringing up and asking for them. Do yourself a favour and travel to China Jade in Meanwood. A big fat pathetic one star to the worst takeway i've sampled in 20 years. My wheelie bin had more to eat than i did. Stay away from this...
