I recently visited Cafe Enzo in Kirkstall after dropping my kids off at Gravity trampoline park., Seeking a good morning start I stumbled upon this charming spot on Main Street. Finding parking just across the cafe, I opted for a Hazelnut Latte extra hot. The two lovely ladies at the counter assumed I was there for breakfast, which caused a moment of disappointment when my coffee arrived, priced at £3.60 for a regular. Read moreI've visited Cafe Enzo three times and every time I've been underwhelmed. Lumpy soya milk in my cappuccino (from over frothing soya) and an overpriced full English on the smaller size. There is also usually a long wait for service.
They are pretty popular so I think they cater for an over 40s crowd who are less fussed about their coffee and fresh high quality food like some of the newer cafes in the area.

The coffee is fantastic, but the real star is the food. I had the Italian sausage bagel and it knocked my socks off - best bagel I've had outside of NYC.
