Appalling hike in prices from 29 quid to 33 for 2 meals inc. Prawn toast.... Really?! Canton Flavour has always been over priced ... Taking advantage of supposed money in the area. How can it be that a takeaway with a huge footfall is more expensive than eating in at the Deer Park across the road. The prawn toast was taken off the order, 27 quid was paid ... 2 quid less than they'd normally get.... And this will be the last order from this place. Suggest someone needs to revisit the business plan...or at least speak with one of their competitors ... Whom having also taken the same approach... Has found themself shutting a shop a complaining of...

After been a regular for quite a few years because of the quality of the food I have put up with the rudeness of the lady on the counter. Not anymore . My last order was missing the rice.. OK mistakes happen. OK I didn't ring at the time.. I told her tonight which she tried to deny I'd ordered it. When I get the same meal every week. She rudely said you should have rang.. I didn't want a discount was just asking to make sure it didn't happen again . My meal came and I nicely asked if it was all there . She became really aggressive in front of a poor trainee . Said yes you have 5 items there All there. Thank you bye. Well thank you...

Gave us the wrong food. Then argued we were wrong. Terrible service! Will never use again! And I dare you to call me a liar as you've done with customers in the past! As at this point I'm just annoyed with your poor service given to my wife. Don't make me mad!! My wife has ordered the same meal many times from you. And if your response is how you treat a regular. Well you should give up now! Your attitude sucks and your food has definitely gone down hill. A simple sorry would have been a good way to start the phone call. But no! Tell the customer they are wrong! Your communication and customer care needs...
