One of the workers was extremely rude and shouted at my elderly family member who has hearing difficulties. This is completely unacceptable and our family will not be returning. This is not a one off incident the staff member in question is known for her rudeness and has a serious attitude problem. I’ve been here half a dozen times and 5 out of the 6 times I’ve been served a very cold old pasty. Not sure what the system is with fresh food but surely they need to either keep the food warm or not serve it really cold. Best bakery in the area, and best Cooplands out of them all in Leeds. So friendly and they make a REAL effort to make the sandwiches perfectly.
