Had a chicken tikka masala and naan last time I ordered when they first opened and unfortunately it was quite disappointing meat was chewy and sauce was grainy which was a shame as the service was great. But tonight after hearing lots of good things I decided to give it another try. I got 2 different types of chicken from the grilled selection which came with a veg curry sauce I was dubious as can't really handle spicy food but it was lovely and mild and the chicken was much improved nice flavour and was tender, hoping it was just a one off as they had just opened would definitely go again and recommend to family and friends service was just as great as...

This is an updated review. Having had a bad experience last night. You cannot fault the response of the guys at Jewel of Mumbai for how they have responded. Personal call, complimentary meal tonight and delivered piping hot and was extremely tasty as ever. Thank you, it is much appreciated. Impeccable service and food.

A very attractive, warm and cozy atmosphere, much better than the recently popular plain spartan decor. Lovely authentic Indian music adds to the experience. All the food was delicious, well presented and served. The garlic naan was exceptional, soft, light and fluffy, best I've ever had. Prices very reasonable with BYOB a very huge plus (long may it continue!). Attentive service.
