Dino's Pizzeria & Mexican — Restaurant in Leeds

Ordered a pizza and chicken stak meal that turned out to be a chicken burger-esque concoction with fries and drinks on saturday, it was 45 minutes late, all the food was cold and half the cheese had slid off the pizza and was stuck to the box, needed a chisel to get it off as that was cold too, the drinks order was wrong completely and when the driver eventually turned up, he somehow couldn't find the door (probably hard to when you are milling around a set of garages) so had to go out and meet him, no apology offered when he finally sauntered over, I rang back and was offered another take away another time by an apologetic cashier... rang back 2 days later for the promised 2nd takeaway only to speak to the manager who wasn't happy with a 3 star review (which given the circumstances was overly generous) and by the tone of his voice and the fact that he talked over me and wasn't willing to understand that the poor review reflected the poor service and even poorer food and argued with me about this claiming that he personally sent out that order despite the cashier previously stating she personally sent out that order - lies, because of his attitude we did not take them up on the offer of the second order.

I have a feeling that the reviews that are on just eat were put there by the management and their friends.

I would urge anybody reading this to NEVER order from this place, because of the bad service, attitude and food, which despite their claims is made using inferior products and somehow costs more that better takeaways with better service and quality of food - if i could give a ZERO STAR...

Ok, so firstly going to start out positive... you can tell pizza and garlic bread are amazing and even more of a surprise the chips are good too! First time eating here and really impressed... ish . So hats off to the chef because you clearly know how to cook a pizza. (I will come back again for a last try)

However my problem was delivery so that's different to the quality of pizza. It is a good job pizza is still good cold and I personally had an awful day and was starving or I would have sent it back and had a hissey fit. Me and the family waited and waited and then finally decided to call. They said the delivery guy had been waiting outside for 20 mins. We have cctv so was a lie. Apparently they tried calling but we checked the number and it was correct. But not only that We have a door so the good old knock would have solved this situation.

It's a shame that the delivery let down the quality of food. I doo feel for businesses that have to deal with this.

Great place, we only nipped in for a quick meal as me and my partner were going to the cinema. There was only 3/4 other tables with guests however the food was great and the service was attentive. The worker said that he rarely got the time to go out as he worked alot. As we had time constraints i asked how long the food would be until it arrived, he said 2 minutes and it was concise.

He did forget the drinks however they came over within a minute after asking about them. He seemed a little stressed but he was clearly a passionate individual.

A quick heads up from me to any future guests would be to try the meatballs and the pollo pizza. The pizza sounded as though it would be rather simple, as on the menu it said chicken and garlic. That being said the pizza was truly amazing 😍. We did leave some of the meatball sauce from the starter as a dip for the pizza and it genuinely enhanced the taste. The cost is also worth mentioning as it was fantastic value for money.
