Domino's Pizza - Leeds - Guiseley — Restaurant in Leeds

Ordered from the Guiseley store last month and they messed up. Food arrived one hour later than they said it would and when it did it was not all there. Took two further deliveries to get it right.

One plus point was that I was told I'd get a free pizza next time I ordered . Fair enough.

Called tonight to order two pizza's and they knew nothing about it. Nothing. The on duty store manager agreed to a free pizza but when I tried to order two they attempted to charge me the normal price (£20) and when challenged tried to get me to order more food to get the discounted pizza.

They blatantly placated me first time around with a promise that they could not /would not keep. I've used them for years....

We were lied to three times on the phone when enquiring about our order, nobody actually bothered to check that the order had not been received, yet the funds had been taken from our account. Only after an hour and a half and being forgotten about on hold for nearly 10 minutes did I call back to be told 'busy, nothing i can do. You want to pay again i make your food.' He then gave me an incorrect number for customer services and refused to give me his first name. Not even worthy of the one star rating really! Oh my word. Don’t waste your time ordering go to pizza house !! Ordered at 4:45 and selected 5:30 delivery. At 6pm still not here. Rang and was told due to traffics would be here. Then delivery driver rung and said he was lost. Gave him postcode 10 mins later rang and said still didn’t know how to get to us. Gave directions (where not hard to find where on a main road in and out of the town ) he sill couldn’t find it. I’m the end had to tell him to take it bag. Rang shop told them to refund. Told it’ll take 5 days. Safe to say if I’m 5 days that money isn’t there I will be going into the store and asking for it. What a terrible business they...
