Tonight I downloaded your app to place an order for a Friday night treat from my local Domino's - (Horsforth, Leeds) as your mobile site was not working. I tried several times to place an order without any success. I tried my cash card several times and receive an error message...I tried PayPal several times and received an error message. Finally I phoned the delivery shop and placed the order over the phone and said I would pay by card. When the delivery lady arrived I gave her my card and the payment was declined. I was confused what had happened to my cash and a little embarrassed so I transferred some money from another account to pay for it. Not money I can afford to spend on a pizza order.
The order came to a total of £30.67.
I have since tried to make sense of the fact a big chunk of money mysteriously dissappeared from my account.
It would appear that even though I receive an infuriating error message each time I tried to place an order you have still debited my account for each FAILED attempt. So far I have found my PayPal account has been charged TWICE. Once for £30.67 and again for £31.00 as I tried changing the cost (rounding up to the pound for your charity) in an attempt to have the order accepted. In addition I also tried the same tactic to get the order accepted with my cash card. I will now have to wait until Monday to see exactly how many times and more importantly how much has been charged to my card.
I have contacted the delivery shop to explain the issue (I spoke to the manager Andrew) and he has assured me that NONE of the orders were received by them.
I have tried to call your head offices to see when you are next open to find there is no one I can speak with until Monday, when I will be at work. To add further insult to injury whomever represents you on Facebook has informed me it will take 2-5 working days to even contact me! Disgraceful!!!
I need this money putting back into my account immediately! This has been taken due to errors on your part and not mine. I feel this is absolutely unacceptable. A treat for my family after I have worked a 50 hour week has cost me (at a guess)£150!!!! Be assured that as a single parent with two children do NOT have that amount of money to waste or wait to be returned.

Read moreIf I could give this zero stars I would. We have ordered online this evening at 6pm. We got our delivery 45 mins later. That's where the good news ended.
Upon arrival, our pizzas were incorrect. When I tried to contact the store they didn't answer and then after several more attempts, they took the phone off the hook. I contacted another branch to see if they could help, who could only say they would try ringing the store as well and they would ring back!
I waited a further half an hour and they hadn't rang back. I tried to ring this store again and eventually got through (after a further 5 attempts!). After I had explained what had happened they hung up on me! Disgraceful.
I rang back and complained and they did apologise and gave me a full refund (although they tried to buy me off with free cookies first!). The order was cancelled but a further pizza delivery man turned up a couple of mins later with the pizzas and cookies, so not all was lost. I am now waiting for my refund...
Read moreThis place has messed up 2 out of my 3 recent orders and on one occasion could have made me very ill (putting through a gluten free order as a normal; I'm not a fad diet person, I'm severely coeliac). I had had to order on the phone as their online system was down again so there was no written record of my order, just what the guy had put in my till. Therefore, it was deemed my fault so I was not offered replacement, refund or even a voucher. I will not order again as only 1/3 of gluten free orders have actually been done properly. I gave them two stars, rather than one, because the drivers always get here on time.
