Really poor establishment. I've ordered 3 times form this place and been left disappointed each time. First time I ordered a gluten free pizza and it arrived with them forgetting to cut the slices. The second time I ordered a pizza and a hot pocket thing. The hot pocket arrived as shown in the pictures, falling out of its wrapper. I had to throw it in the bin as the delivery driver had been handling bare handed. The 3rd time the pizza arrived stone cold. I only live down the road. Needless to say I won't be ordering from this embarrassment of a franchise again

Recently ordered for our local football club. Huge order that was delivered perfectly: fresh, hot, and everything correct and good quality. Particular shout outs to Tom and James who made the large pre-order and delivery process easy and all for a much appreciated, reasonable price. Both were very accommodating, polite and helpful. If I could give it no stars I would. Went in to be told that it was 15 minutes for 2 pizzas to be made. Not a bad wait time. Ordered and normal cheese and tomato and a chicken and sweetcorn with onions instead of mushrooms because I'm allergic. My name was on the waiting screen which meant I could see what stage my pizzas were at. My name went off the screen because they'd gone through the quality control and I waited for them to be given to me. 5 more minutes went by, still no pizzas. Asked where they were. "sorry, it's going to be 15 minutes for your other pizza". Didn't know it was 15 minutes PER PIZZA. Then we found out that it was because they'd SENT IT OUT TO SOME ONE BLOODY ELSE! We eventually got our pizzas, I got on a bus to go home, got home and found a mushroom on it!! Thanks for trying to kill me dominoes!! Way overpriced and you can tell it was made in a hurry. Will not be going...

Celiac people watch out!

First of all: Lovely pizzas right up to domino's standards and fast delivery.

But had some major problems about gluten free pizza. 3 out of the 4 small pizza we ordered were gluten free as we had strongly celiac people in our group. But all 4 pizzas had the GF sticker on it. So we thought we are clever and check the stickers behind for the regular and gf pizzas. Turns out that one of the marked normal Peperoni were a gluten free and a marked gluten free a normal one.

Luckily one of the celiac persons ordered from dominos before and knew that the GF pizza base are never cut!

Sorry but that's just a no go. A customer could have seriously been harmed just because some pizza chefs decided to be sloppy about putting the correct stickers...

Would like to say a big thank you to one of your staff Wasz... (Apologies if I've not spelt it correctly?) But this guy is a credit to your company. I live in the Midlands and my daughter who lives and works in leeds has been having a tough time lately forgot her lunch and didn't have time to get any today..so to surprise her this guy made her and my day by delivering a pizza to her works for her lunch...It may not of seemed a big deal to him at the time but I'm a mother who just wanted to make everything okay from 200 miles away...and he did this :D !! Not like the other pizza outlets close by who didn't have time or didn't want to help out...I will be leaving them a review for there staff to learn some customer service skills...
