Just been to kfc crossgates for some family meals and what a bad service these guys have. Specifically some of the guys looks like they are not happy with their jobs and don’t smile. Some hardly can speak proper English and be so rude. What happens when some aged peoples come to the store and you be rude to them it puts them off.
