I ordered from these tonight. Usually, my orders are great. My partner ordered his usual chicken burger and it came with a spicy sauce. It hasn't arrived with this sauce before so we called up the restaurant. Instead of a polite conversation, my partner was met with a disgusting attitude. He said that all burgers come with that sauce and before my partner could reply, he slammed the phone down. Didn't even give my partner the chance to explain that he hasn't had peri sauce before and that it doesn't say it online.

I had also ordered cheesy curly fries and all they did was dump cheese in a corner of the container and melt it. It wasn't over any chips so even if I could eat them, I would have had to pull the cheese apart to eat with my chips.

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant and we will not be ordering from them again. We will not put up with being spoken to like that. This could have been resolved easily. We're the type of people that would have been happy with just an apology and that's it.

I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Then I would have known that the cold food we received on previous occasions weren't just one offs. Theres clearly an issue with a staff member(s) on certain days that need...

I tried this place for the first time, service and atmosphere was spot on the person on till was great and the shop was clean and tidy. The problem was the food. The stir fry doner was cold and felt like it was uncooked and barely had any sauce on top it was like a left over meat in fridge just re heated quickly. Unfortunately went straight to the bin. The burger was good but nothing special, the house sauce is basically burger sauce which again did not give the meal any wow factor.

As someone who tries out smash burger spots and heard quite a lot of legends unfortunately this place did not meet up to my expectations. Quality of food especially stir fry doner needs to improve, I appreciate I visited late around 9pm but service standard and quality should be the same regardless what time...
