Moji's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Leeds

I'm currently staying at the Mercure Hotel just outside Wetherby, as the company I work for are doing a store refit at Sainsbury's in Harrogate.

I didn't fancy paying hotel prices for food and drink, so I headed to the local Morrisons for supplies. By the time I got there the hot deli and salad bar were both closed, so I looked up pizza shops in the area. I saw Moji's had 5 stars so I just had to try it out.

I ordered myself a Sloppy Giuseppe with bacon and salami, and a side of chips and garlic. As I Sat waiting the decor of the shop was very eye catching, looking more like the reception of a restaurant than a takeaway.

First of all, the chips were amazing. Some manner of seasoning gave them a certain flavour and bite that made them perfectly enjoyable on their own. Then the pizza itself.

Oh my...

The base was thin and crispy, the toppings were moist and fresh, and the tastes danced around my palette, sweet, spicy, succulent, juicy, crunchy, all rolled into one amazing pizza.

All in all, the 5 star rating is definitely well deserved, and whether you live in Wetherby, are just visiting, or passing through, I would recommend Moji's Pizzeria to anyone and everyone. You won't be...

Rude staff on the phone; tried to ring a fairly large order in but the man taking the call wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and kept constantly cutting me off midway through when trying to order. I’d be halfway through ordering a particular item from the menu, when the guy on the phone would interrupt and try to encourage me to order something different! He also repeatedly interrupted me when I was trying to order specific pizzas / toppings; almost as though it was too much for him to understand / write down.

After approximately 5 minutes, a different man was put on the phone, who did understand me, and the food we actually wanted to order........ however, upon arrival, the margarita pizza (for the kids 😩) was burnt (picture attached), the “ketchup” was like a watered down / vinaigrette ketchup dip, 🤢 the chips were stale and the chicken strips our little boy had, were so over-cooked he couldn’t bite into them! 😩 I do not recommend anyone to order from here based on our experience tonight; it was a total...

Imagine a warm summer evening with a mid-high appetite, sharing special moments with a beautiful woman who has a passion for pizza. You’ve just imagined my experience on Wednesday evening of this week. “How could the evening have been better, James?”, I hear you ask. Well, fortunately for me, it was improved - thanks to Moji’s in Wetherby. We ordered 2 of the 11” pizzas (a bbq chicken and a New Yorker) accompanied with chips, onion rings (standard) and an array of delightful, yet small portion dips. The food was impressive. The ordering process was a tad tedious given the young gentlemen taking our order clearly had his mind on that nights episode of Love Island as opposed to listening to our request for no tomato base on the BBQ pizza.
