A friendly reception both outside and in ... We were there twice, once for drinks and again inside for Sunday Roast. Very nice people, excellent value for money, good food as expected, clean and well run. Try this place when things return to normal,

First time having a Sunday dinner for two course meal for £18.00 great value for money, lovely atmosphere, relaxing and cozy near the open fireplace. Greeted by lovely staff that make us both welcome every time. I can say it's our new local

Has to be the best beer, both in terms of selection and quality, in Wetherby during 2019. Hopefully 2020 will be the same. Staff are helpful, friendly & easy to converse with. Keep it up ! Keith

Top place to eat in Wetherby now. The nachos were fresh & crisp with generous amounts of cheese, guacamole, salsa & sour cream. Fresh soup of the day was butternut squash & lentil. Amazing! Had beer battered fish & chips with garden peas, home made tarter sauce & curry sauce. Absolutely Superb presentation on everything, chips were home cut with skin on,lovely sized portions. Other meal was game sausages & mash with fresh veg, there was nothing ordinary about the presentation and quality of this ordinary sounding dish. 👌 For a pleasant change everything was perfect. Even 1 pot of tea each for two whereas other places give 1 pot between 2 & have to ask for hot water. Well done all at the Mews. We'll look to booking Christmas Dinner next year with you if this is your standards. Keep up the good work & very Merry 🎄 Christmas...

I called for Sunday lunch , we ordered 2 Beef and one Lamb. I had to send mine back to say it was rare, is an understatement. My son asked for horseradish she brought tartare sauce. My son put it on his Beef too quickly, we had to ask to replace his meat. My beef came back still rare, it was a plate full off the worst Beef ever. FAT. I left mine, my son ate a small bit before we left the rest. We got 2 roast potato not browned, 2 pieces of carrots 2 very thin sliced parsnip and 6 green beans, and 1 hard Yorkshire pudding. Probably a teaspoon of gravy. This at a cost of £10 each plus drinks. The waitress asked if things were ok, i had to say no, with a plateful of fat left. She said i will tell the chef. Which seemed not be sincere at all. I would not recommend this...

Very slow kitchen. We waited almost 1 hour for our food. It wasn't busy at all as we were the only table having ordered food. Sure they forgot it because we had it 10 mins after we complain about the waiting time. Food worthless: the rice looked like one of those sachets you buy in the supermarket already ready to heat, chili not spicy, the burger from the kids menu was so tiny that my daughter was still hungry after eating it. At least they gave us it for free for the inconvenience. Looks like a good place to drink with a wide range of beer, gin and Rhum, but definitely...
