Do not go here for bottomless brunch! We went here for brunch last saturday for my friend's birthday. Originally the table was booked for sixteen people however due to the weather multiple people could not make it as their trains were cancelled. When we arrived I spoke to, I assume, a more senior member of staff to let them know to cancel their food as we had to preorder a week in advance. After fifteen minutes, another member of staff asked me when the rest of our party would arrive so the message had not been passed on and I had to explain again. After twenty minutes, we had to ask them to take our drinks order. We only received our first drinks twenty five minutes into our ninety minute brunch. The music was so loud that we could not possibly have a conversation. You had to shout in the ear of someone sat next to you or lip read. I am not exaggerating. The staff couldn't even hear what we wanted to order to drink! So after the first round we were brought the same drinks and you couldn't ask for something different. I can understand having the music that loud after the kitchen had closed, but whilst people are trying to eat a meal it was too much. Someone asked for it to be turned down and it wasn't. The food was OK. The steak was ordered medium rare and came medium well. The birthday girl ordered pancakes, which no one liked. So she ate other people's chips. At this point, she didn't want to complain as we felt like we were being a pain. The drinks then came more frequently after food which was great. I had the punch which was nice but I don't think it had much alcohol in it at all. But I couldn't change my order as stated above. They brought our cake out with our candles which was great. Then it was wrapped straight back up and we were told they needed the table back. So we were handed it to walk round Leeds with. A 10% service change was added and I felt I couldn't take it off as some of the staff were really great in the second half of the brunch keeping the drinks coming. But many many aspects of the brunch did not deserve the additional charge.
Overall very disappointed with the whole experience and definitely overpriced.
Better service, experience and value for money elsewhere in Leeds for bottomless brunch.
This experience put a dampener on the start of the birthday celebrations...

I went with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary and I had a £50 voucher to spend in Neighborhood. I was in love with the stylish of the restaurant. When we first arrived everything was great. We got a nice table inside. I showed to the waitress my voucher and they were fine :) The chaos started when we ordered. We ordered: popcorn prawns, scallops, shrimp tempura, parmesan fries and a burger. We also ordered 2 cocktails. After this moment everything went wrong. We finished our drinks and we wanted to order more but nobody literally was doing eye contact with us two, well with anyone to be honest. Other clients had to waved to be attended. We waited until our first plates arrived, the food was lovely (I would say is a bit over priced, but because of the location... I can understand the price). We finished we all the starters and after 1h that we had our first starter we decided to ask... The waitress apologized and went to the kitchen. She said the food would be ready in 10min... So we waited. After 5min, the waitress came back saying that she didn't get the Burger on her notes because we didn't order it at all. Obviously that wasn't true. After felt so ignored by the staff for the whole day and the time we waited for everything... We decided to pay the bill and go somewhere else. When we got the bill, this was 70 pounds. We were SHOCKED. £70 in what?
We checked and it was the burger that we never had. We told the waitress to took it off, same with the service charge as we didn't felt looked after at all. We required to speak with the manager. Lovely gentleman. He apologized. I felt so bad as I understand it wasn't his fault but his staff were ignoring everyone and everything and he should be aware. He ask me for my details to contact me as our experienced was a completely disaster... He asked us to give them another chance coming any other day. And he said he will be sending me an email with the details.
Y never got anything back from him since that day.
I promise you that was the worst experience ever. If you check my profile you will see my reviews are always good ones because I love to say the positive things always but in this case It wasn't any...
Read moreThe attitude from some of the staff was absolutely appalling. Not to take away from certain staff as some of them were so lovely and welcoming. To begin with, we attended a brunch of 12 people. 10 of us were served drinks regularly however two of our party were ignored constantly and never offered a drink. When we first questioned it we were advised by a member of staff that we had Prosecco on the table so shouldn’t really be asking for a drink. This Prosecco was included in the price along with the bottomless drinks. The brunch also advertised that there would be live entertainment however there was none. When a member of our party questioned this the staff advised there is live entertainment outside however we were told we could not leave our table until our brunch was over therefore did not get to see any of the live entertainment which was apparently included in the price? Once the brunch ended we moved outside and found two tables that were free. I ordered a sex on the beach which arrived and turned out to be a completely different drink. When I complained and asked for it to be changed the staff told me I was wrong and it was infact a sex in the beach. As someone who drinks sex in the beach often I can confirm it absolutely was not a sex in the beach. I wasn’t actually too bothered about a replacement or a refund but simply an acknowledgement would have sufficed. I probably would’ve left it there however I was told I was wrong and made to feel like I was making up that the drink was infact incorrect. About 30 minutes later another member of staff approached us and asked us to move as the table was apparently reserved however there was no sign saying so and no one else was asked to move. The rest of the evening was spent being snarled at by another member of staff who kept saying and pointing at us. Some of the staff made us feel extremely uncomfortable to the point where we ended up leaving and didn’t feel welcomed at all. The only redeeming factor was the food which I have to say was amazing. I understand everyone’s experiences are different however I personally will not be returning to this establishment due to the...
