Unearthed Coffee — Restaurant in Lewes

Stunning coffee, gently stunning. I’ve had both a flat white and cortado here now, and they have both been silky smooth, utterly delicious and so pretty.

The place is so relaxed too. It’s peaceful, bliss and clean, so you can completely switch off and just enjoy your drink and some peace and quiet - it was raining outside when I visited and it felt so cosy.

The cakes and bakes are also great. I had a jalapeño and cheese muffin, something new to me, and it was toasty and warm and just lightly spiced to wake me up. Again, delicious!

What a cafe and what a vibe. There’s also a great hairdressers in the same building so kill two birds with one stone! Almost booked in for a haircut just for an excuse to have...

The specialty coffee they serve is made with great care every time, my experience here has been very consistent coffee to coffee, I’m grateful 🙏
