What an amazing cocktail bar! Where to begin... Atmosphere is amazing, they read the room and judge whether its a chill cocktail vibe or whether to bring the energy and party with loud music and dancing on the bars. Always a fun experience here whether you popped in for a nice cocktail or you are out for a fun party. Safety and security is as it should be, challenge 25 at the door is under strict following (as it should be) so no ID means no entry and in my many visits I have never once felt unsafe for any reason as any incidents are dealt with in an appropriate manner instantly. Drinks selection is amazing, so many choices and all so delicious and the menu changes in order to keep popular choices booming and changing the selection means people get to try lots of different ones to find their personal favourites which is great! And always presented well and have great garnishes too Staff, all the times I have been in I have always been greeted the minute I walk through the door and the staff have alway been friendly and quick to serve (even when they have a dance break, which is amazing to witness). Such energy and great customer service for sure and if you are stumped on what to choose from their vast array of drinks options the staff are always happy to recommend drinks based on your flavour and spirit preferences ... and they always manage to find the perfect drink for you, two of mine were the honey cosmo and the white mochatini and they did not disappoint! (they are now my go to drinks depending on what vibe I've gone in for ) Special shout outs to Becky B, Sam J, Ross and, one that always serves me and gave me the drinks recommendations , Paul because they never fail to bring the energy, customer service with a smile, recommendations and fast service! Hands down one of the best cocktail bars in lincoln and definitely worth the visit whether its a pit stop in the night or nice cocktail with friends or where you choose to party all night until doors close it is always an...

Went in here on a Sunday night looking for a long cool drink after a hot day, we were here on a weekend break and both well into retirement age , the music was loud but if its good music I don't mind that, I went to the batr and asked for Pernod, the reply was WHAT, I asked again pernod in a tall glass to which I was told its Pinot, I looked at my partner and shrugged my shoulders cos no one could hear any thing above the music, to my horror we ended up with a glass of dry Pinot wine which I could have bought 2 bottles at tescos for what we paid for a mouthful there (£12- 50) but I come from Newcastle and we are not rude, so we drank it and left, now we call our drink a PERN-NOT, it defo did not taste of aniseed, but it made us laugh and we still find it funny now, but if I ever go again I will...

This is a fantastic bar for cocktails. I'd recommend checking out the happy hour times - makes having a few drinks here great value for money. Outside of happy hour I think it's a little on the expensive side but the cocktails are great.

On my last visit I had the Last Flight to Osaka. This is a very easy drink, delicious and not too sweet. I also tried the Pretty Whisky Business. I don't normally go for whisky based drinks, but this was exceptional. There was a smoky, sweet flavour with a little sour kick from the tajin rimmed glass. Very different but well worth trying.
