We probably didn’t pick the right day to stop off here for lunch, since the staff admitted that they were short that day, and it showed. Most of the empty tables were dirty or had empty plates / glasses on, and there was a sense of disorder about the place. Despite that we remained and found one of the nice round booth tables in the centre. Upon ordering food at the bar we were advised that there’d be an hour’s wait, but in reality it turned up around fifteen to twenty minutes later.

Unfortunately the quality of what was served wasn’t great. It was nice to take advantage of their midweek offer on main meals but the scampi was overcooked and dry. Portion sizes weren’t the best either, but part of me wonders whether that was because of the deal, rather than normal practice.

Clearly one of the selling points is the good location, paired with a chain that you know what to expect. Given the situation the staff were under, I’d give it another go, but hopefully it isn’t the norm since there’s plenty of other choices in the area which appeared to be...

Went as a family of 6. Table booked for 12.30. Arrived at 12.20. Placed food & drink order at 12.35. Lattes arrived cold and had to send back for fresh ones, which arrived not much hotter. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for food. Kept asking staff how long it would be and the response was always 5 more minutes. Then only 4 meals arrived. The fries were only just warm and the garden peas had been heated in a microwave. After asking again was told the other 2 meals would be ready shortly. Was told as the meals were ordered separately there would be a time delay even though we were all sat on the same table and ordered After each other. After being totally fed up of waiting for the other 2 meals we got a refund and left. It was freezing inside with the air conditioning. 2of us received a glass of alcohol free, however, we don't drink so would have been nice to have been asked what we wanted as a free drink. I should have taken the advice from the bar staff when he said I wouldn't eat food here! We...

First people in there 11.30 in the morning, walked in place amazing bar tender was wicked said we could sit anywhere apart from tables which had reserved on, ordered cocktails then had another round with food, half way through eating we was told we had 20mins and needed to come off our table as a party of 8 had booked, I was totally disgusted that now 8 people had booked they wanted to Chuck the 3 off who was already sitting there to accommodate someone else and just disregarded us as nothing, never felt so degraded, he told us it had been previously booked when clearly it hadn’t as there was no reserved on the booth and we had been there an hour and the Bar tender had already stated reserved tables and he had no words with a red face when stated this to him, we was recommended this place and will not be passing that recommendation on to others or will we...

Had such a fantastic time at bottomless brunch this weekend! The food was great. The drinks were flowing non-stop, and there was a great variety to choose from, including some fab cocktails and fizz. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Our server, Adam, was an absolute star. He was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humour, which added so much to the vibe. He kept our drinks topped up without us ever needing to ask and made sure everyone at the table felt looked after. It’s rare to get that kind of attentive service when it’s so busy, but Adam was on it from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back, and next time, we’re asking for Adam again! Highly recommend for a fun and relaxed afternoon out.

Lovely decor, attentive staff. Unfortunately the establishment does not set the same standards for crockery/cutlery. The milk jug had more dried on stains of coffee than the used cups and the first set of cutlery, knife edge, was covered in massive greasy finger prints. The 2nd didn't look much cleaner on the handles. These were changed on request, but the point is, it should not have had to. I believe our waiter was Harry, very pleasant and professional. I have eaten in other slug and lettuce establishments, I wasn't eating today, but my partner did. Given the choice of other venues available I don't think I would visit again.
